Thank you for the support of our sponsor family! With the donations from our generous patients, our team, and Dr. Agee, we are going to make a difference for a family in need this holiday season. The mother of this wonderful family is so appreciative and wants everyone to know how thankful she is for the remarkable support. Below you will find he list of items that would be most useful to this family. The mom wants you to know that this list is a guide but honestly, anything is helpful!

Please email ([email protected]) or call (503) 284-3588 when you decide what you plan to donate. We will keep the list updated as to not duplicate any items. If you’re able to include a receipt with your item that would be helpful as some of the clothing items may not fit properly or we may have a duplicate item. Items will be collected at our office (6439 NE Sandy Blvd) through Monday, December 14th. Please contact (503) 284-3588 if you have any questions!
